I’ve already been working on my Halloween 2023 line. I’m usually ready for spooky season mid-summer (check out my post about it), so this feels very natural to me!
This season’s faux gemstone is a cross between onyx and snowflake obsidian. Onyx is a great stone for grounding, and the snowflake obsidian offers protection, so I hope these pieces make anyone wearing them feel like their best self!
I’ve also done moons and coffins in a pastel goth theme. The best thing about making new pieces is that I often experiment before coming up with finalized designs. I didn’t know I was feeling pastel, but I think these pieces give really nice white witch vibes:
I’ve also been working on a lot of different bookmark designs and I feel like these Dexter bookmarks I made are deliciously upsetting:
Lastly, I’ve been really thinking about different shapes and how to keep using the florals I love, so I created this brain and heart combo. The brains are stuffed with this cool pink moss, and I wanted to try a this tiny pansy for the heart. Pansies have been known to treat inflammation and chest issues, so the pairing actually made an off-beat kind of sense.
